New for September: Nationals&Broadcast

A brand new one-day workshop for anyone who pitches national print, online and broadcast media

On September 9th (London) and September 12th (Manchester) we're launching a new 101 workshop for any PR or communications executive who wants to pitch stories to the national press, major websites/blogs, radio and television journalists.

The workshop is a fantastic opportunity to meet with a team of trainers who have worked for the likes of the BBC, Daily Mail, Guardian, Observer, Telegraph, Express and News of the World.

Through interactive exercises, role play and Q&A sessions, we'll provide you with all the tips and tricks you'll need to be confident when pitching national media - whatever the client or sector.

Key things covered will include:

-how to craft compelling email pitches

-who to call and when

-tailoring pitches for bloggers and using social media

-do’s and don’t when arranging interviews with newspapers

-what makes a story suitable for broadcast media

-using the news agenda to boost your client’s coverage

The course runs from 10am to 5pm and costs just £275 per person.

Group bookings and discounts for non-profits are available, please ask for details. If you'd like to know more, just get in touch!
